Introduction and Context

 

By Curaçao, we mean the complete Netherlands Antilles islands, and in another sense, we are viewing the entire Caribbean as our target audience region.

On December 29, 2003, we met with Mister Jacob Geldt Dekker who invited us to partner with him in Curative Tourism, beginning with Curaçao.

During January, 2004, we researched the availability of various practicing Cure Professionals on Curaçao who could deliver the VIPCURE program and were quite pleased with the healers we encountered.

Curaçao is a central location for the markets of North, South and Central America, as well as the Caribbean. By launching our services on Curaçao, we are available to a wide potential client base. It will be the central focus for our nine planned Cure Centers. It will also serve as area headquarters and an educational facility.

In addition, the Netherlands and European Union countries will also be a potential marketing audience because of their knowledge of the beauty of the Netherlands Antillies islands, known for many decades as a sun-drenched vacation resort destination all over Europe.

Now with our recent development of the Local Net concept, we are able to service also less populated countries and area, like Curaçao with only 150.000 inhabitants, from which 8,000 Dutch pensionados. So it is for us a market on it self. N.A. market can mean work for 14 Local Coaches.

In combination with our overall market interest in North and South America we may consider it a potential area with enough "home made ingredients" for success.

Supporting Dutch / European cure tourists brings with it that we have also to develop  the Dutch / European market, including cure touristy attention, and aftercare. In combination with the Local Net and Local Coach concept we will find so the quickest growth opportunity as well as the basement for self sustainable realization, which will boast under valuable partnership co-marketing.

 

Local Net

Calculating with 2 per cent Local Net members per capita, Curaçao potentially is good for 3,000 members, which equals one "standard local team" of a Ho-Jin and five Local Coaches. The under margin is 9,000 inhabitants and equals 180 members and one Local Coach. 20,000 inhabitants equals a standard LC job.

Three Board Members of SBF - VIPCURE are related to the area: Guido and Romy are native from Curaçao, Steve is from Panama.

 

Jacob we see as a respected partner under development, with honour to his projects and resorts on Curaçao, equally recognizing his world wide initiatives, assets, and valuable relation network.

 

Guido Renardus contact and interim management with ADC - Algemeen Diagnostisch Centrum - with 160 labour over all Netherlands Antilles Islands, we see as key factor with mutual interest for all our relations and partners in the project.

 

Romy Kibbelaar her father as related to Banda Bou Home Care Foundation, which received recently as gift the Terra Cora ex-shopping center (1,600 m2) from the Maduro Curiel's Bank, was already a big help to contact for us several person (Merwen Saab from AVN and more). Mister Kibbelaar was for many year operation room manager of the St. Elisabeth Hospital on Curaçao and president of the local trade union.

 

Since our research we found till now ten to twenty professionals related to the Bronning cure system. Jacob has at Kura Hulanda already a physiotherapist and a dietician.

 

Christo van Gennip, VIPCURE related Board Consultant, suggested to contact the Citco Group for local adminstration support and sponsor / investment development.

 

Researching the Dutch fortune top 250 list in connection with N.A., at least 18 of the list where recognized as living and / or accounting over there. Some of them are, in one or an other way, related to VIPCURE's partnership criteria.

 

We like to present our plan to Rotary International in Willemstad:

Also we hope to interact with the members of the local Associated Country Women (plattelandsvrouwen). A contact address is under research by the World Headquarter in London. They have strong relations with U.N.

Realizing promises first, we have to grand and guarantee the Jacob - Agis appointments as first step. Calculation and HRM Research come first, then follows the Process and Report Protocol development with the both parties, before we are sure we can guarantee the service. We lack the financial funds at the moment to invest in this program development, but if we can do this low cost from our home and e-mail, with a few visits to Agis in Amerfoort, and Guido and other help on Curaçao, we can do the first steps and find funds in making possibilities for other. 

 

Overseeing the issues in the Possibilities paragraph, the Local Net potential is big enough to form the financial key to develop the other service (in both The Netherlands and Netherlands Antilles). This means that we have at least a parallel stream development. It is to early to define in this stage a best route to success map, but we can make already a first few draughts to give food for evaluation. Evaluation of draught 1 - For VIPCURE partnership has an actual added value, which is even a little bigger than development on own power. However we may not forget that the individual items make the taste of the cocktail, we can see that some ingredients, or in this case possibilities, are more key to success as other. In Line 2 we find the strongest strategically value. In Line 1 the process and market component higher and easier reachable. And Line 3 give the highest reward with basically a simple knowledge and education component. Evaluation of draught 2 - Reachable steps on row from now up to four month (Rank 1 to 5), representing ten month labour, and 19 + 16 + 10? = 45,000? Euro investment:

The sum shows a need for 24-29 months of staff effort and 82,000? € funds by a throughput time of half a year: work for four to five VIPCURE staff members.

 

Focussing on Revenue  - Strong Revenue potential in relation to a short Time to Market is found in Local Net and Professionals Education. It will generates a customer flow to Cure Tourism too. Even more important is that Local Net and in less sense also Professionals Education deliver cash at start. Estimating for N.A. 2,500 to 6,400 members a € 108 x +70% = € 75 (ex. VAT), equals € 187,000 to € 480,000 yearly cashflow, from which € 12 x  +70% = € 8,40 per member stays in VIPCURE ( 21,000 to € 54,000) and the rest will be paid to the Local Coaches and Ho-Jin in monthly parts during the year.

 

Four Local Net Teams in NL (Amsterdam, Utrecht, The Hague and Rotterdam) will represent near 10,000 members, one million Euro cash, and near € 100,000 for internal organization. Realising this fund early makes it possible to realize all fifteen items in the next six to nine months, by gaining also extra income out of the demand for cure, generation by Local Net. 

 

The added value, or in a better sense: the completing value, off Jacob's housing facilities is key in this: without housing not cure. And with partner responsibility for housekeeping tasks, we can concentrate on core (cure and care) activities.

At 1. Preparing of Agis care service delivering with Jacob, the meeting report from Januari 20, Curaçao, is in short evaluated here on tasks to develop:

1 Meanwhile is with Agis an exclusive care contract closed. Agis will send some categories of care and cure seekers to Curaçao of help in the resorts of Jacob G D;

2 Haemodialysis center: Start with the building of a haemodialysis center. With Senter is an agreement reaches. The contract becomes on 9 February signed. The intention is that also patients on the Dutch Antilles in this treated will become. Now that one must here to Venezuela or other countries in the region. The dialyse center opens at  July with 12 patients continuously and it grows until 30 patients;

3 Alternative treatments: Meanwhile has an alternative medical professional start service at Kura Hulanda. Actually is more talk of someone that may gives good diet prescriptions. The expectation is that in the future more alternative treatments within  Kura Hulanda will be established.
