| It needs a lot of peace to embrace and hug somebody thats new for you. But somebody you ever huged, even an long time ago, is allways easy to embrace again when you are in good harmony. | |||||

| Hand and body contact is very important for health and mental harmony. Touching a piece of wood, passing your hand across a piece of wood, can give a fine and deep inner feeling, it can make you silent and bring you in harmony. Toughing somebody else soft and intense is a very good cure and brings a lot of fun to both. It's pitty we do not use this much enough in our daily live. | |||||

| Dancing is a way to come closer and music fades barriers between serious apathy in contacting other and open happiness. Most of the time people are much to serious. So ask for a hug and give hugs at least a few times a day. And let after the hug courage your back and arms, face and chest. | |||||

| Don't talk to much but hug and embrace. Words are nice but can not express or give more balance than real contact from body to body. In many old peoples homes people are aware of the benefit huging and do so. But people from 0 to 60 don't hug anough. Kids are only huged by their parents but stimulating to hug eachother can mean a leep in their development and self-esteem. | |||||

| Adults that hug more than avarage having a better health, more fun and do their job better. They don't fall easily in shouting or bad words. The top of touching fun is known as tantra. The intimacy that makes sexuality more than a need and let you grow to higher love and balance. Tantra is both an art and a way to understant eachother better. | |||||
