9.1    I did the normal swimming, rinsing, and publishing “Thursday Morning” report. Gemma came at home at 12.00 for weekend. We went to Breukelen marked and purchased fried shrimps and squabbles? (kibbelingen). And here the story of Adam and Eve started again: I eat three shrimps and four squabbles.

9.2   But I do not blame Eve, neither Gemma. Now a day we know we have our individual responsibility and if it was Adams ignorance, it was in my place the good feeling having weekend, Gemma and the well known tasty food. I was over happy. My heart chakra opened during the trip to Breukelen and I was I love with the sunny day.

9.3    At evening I cooked 1.5 liter tomato soup with mushrooms, cream and parmesan cheese. Delicious. I toke two cops. But I felt still clean and more powerful that normal. Two chakras spontaneously open with out meditation or something. “To morrow I will take a double rinse …” was my thought and did not have second thoughts about.

I wish you become sane and reach paradise again. I hope you will be able to find help to do the purification. And however I believe it is possible to do this on your one, I do not believe in a try with out good preparation.
