22.4 Lets go back to Book 'One'. Yesterday I wrote about the Satans real place in universe and our mixed up about that. His creative power is under that of Mother Earth and needed to create massive, less in it self moving structures. It 's for our general health in basic a disadvantage but in the need for a body a part of our beingness. The Masters of the cosmic pyramid, Heliopolis, and also the person believing in eternal life in Heaven after death, do not believe in eternal life with an Earth body. Jesus teach us ho ever that eternal life with a body, and also with all cosmic skills, is the outcome of living with Mother Earth and her angles. So we will be as well as free traveling spirits as body owners and Earth citizens in a prosper way.

22.6 How lovely is this text in explaning the road to sanety and health. And so simple. Does this work for our national disease and death? And can we apply this world wide? Why not? What difference will it make to daily life and economy? Till what level do we like to develop? What life do we like to live if it is that simple? Is it evolution or just a other wave?

22.7 Sorry if it goes a little fast today. I'm near half way my fasten and things start to be more bright. Al this I know for ten till sixteen years and to find a road out to you, without disturbing society and politics is not that simple. I will keep it clear and simple, not a large scale economical challange but just something that grouwing naturaly from out of our consiousness, our hart and our will. One by one, individue by individue, free to embrasse it or to let it go. Just as an uppertunity for ever . . . What to explane about the text above? Let it be.

My motivation to do ELRE is simple: 1. after one month I will be back in business and I will be at best; 2. to teach ELRE to my children, family and board, live; 3. the under built will be a big asset for VIPCURE her introduction in the market – till now she was not marketed; 4. I really like to life on a higher level then I did till now, it is if all this is to simple for me and I have just a little affinity to profane life, it is not mine as you will see in the weeks coming; 5. I just like it and if I not complete finish now my level, it will be a good preparation for next spring. It is written that this is simpler to do in spring when the energy of the sun is growing. ; 6. But what I like at most is to share the knowledge and skills with you under clear explaination and with real time, full track data. Because you're worth it!

WHO about Cardiovascular Diseases

The mission of the WHO Cardiovascular Diseases Program is to provide global leadership in the prevention and control of Cardiovascular Diseases (CVDs), and to assist Member States reduce the toll of morbidity, disability and premature mortality due to CVDs.

CVDs are disease which affect the proper functioning of the heart and blood vessels, chief among which are: myocardial infarction (heat attack), cerebrovacular diseases (stroke), Transient ischaemic attacks (TIA), peripheral vascular diseases to mention a few important ones.

An estimated 17 million people die of CVDs, particularly heart attacks and strokes, every year. A substantial number of these deaths can be attributed to tobacco smoking, which increases the risk of dying from coronary heart disease and cerebrovascular disease 2–3 fold. Physical inactivity and poor diet are other risk factor which increase individual risks to cardiovascular diseases.

The risk increases with age and is greater for women than for men. In contrast, cardiac events fall 50% in people who stop smoking and the risk of CVDs, including acute myocardial infarction, stroke and peripheral vascular disease, also decreases significantly over the first two years after stopping smoking.
