13.1    Awake at 04.00, Hara burning firm, and staying in bed till 08.00 thinking, constructing in mind a better path of behavior, especially in the evening and the weekend. During the days of the week I cold do it but in the surrounding of my beloved is till now nearly impossible. The plan came to pray, meditate, visualize and resonance every two hour from 16.00 till bedtime during the week and from 12.00 during the weekend. Each time only ten till twenty minutes.
13.2    In front of my bookshelf I recognized round thirty book about those issues. Knowing that books are only for support and reverences. To have to do the inner work myself, I was glad to have by this occasion the possibility to communicate the tittles to you for your help, if you will start to grow the Earthly Heaven by the help of ELRE.
13.3    And this will bring us tighter to the Real Masters of life too. Because, after building the foundation for ELRE last week, now we will built the walls and doors of the Temple of holy knowledge. Facing the problem I have had last days one book especially comes in my mind: “The seven valleys” by Bahá’u’lláh. Bahá’u’lláh lives round 1850 in Persia and become holy. In “The seven valleys” he describes the seven falls of live:

13.4    Searching; Love; Knowledge; Unity; Satisfaction; Astonishment; and True poverty/not being. He teaches to pas the seven valleys with: Patience; No-love; Certainty; Purity/cleanness; There is only God; Asking/observe; Re-birth/Regeneration. I believe those seven valleys correspondent with the seven chakras inline: basis; sex; sol; hearth; throat; third eye; and crown chakra.

13.5    Having the Knowledge of Book ‘One’ of the Essene, Certainty, Patience and the right place are enough to become holy.

13.6    Purity/cleanness is her strength to light the holy fire. This is also the start of chakra awaking the natural way. Most of the people start meditation with aligning the chakras from basis, one for one, to over the crown. The holy pathway is from out of the fire of live – Hara – Solar Plexus; To hearth center; Then follows the ‘Sex’, Throat; Basis; and Frond head chakra. During the rinse all the chakra will but or bloom a little each day, however come to full flowering in this spiral. An e or @ describing. That means that after reaching the Hara and Hearth chakra, my ‘sex’ chakra will open. So preparing and supporting the opening its nice to some more about this …

13.7    Chakra Two:
Water, Emotional identity, oriented to self-gratification
The second chakra, located in the abdomen, lower back, and sexual organs, is related to the element water, and to emotions and sexuality. It connects us to others through feeling, desire, sensation, and movement. Ideally this chakra brings us fluidity and grace, depth of feeling, sexual fulfillment, and the ability to accept change.

13.8    Sunny afternoon. No meditation because of a very relaxed feeling. Happy to found a new way to stay strong.

13.9    Fingers start to be more than normal flexible and extra quick and easy in responding. Gemma's smoking disturbed me because of the greater awareness of my sence of smell. Early to bed at 22.00.

I wish you become sane and reach paradise again. I hope you will be able to find help to do the purification. And however I believe it is possible to do this on your one, I do not believe in a try with out good preparation. However in past days young people did the purification before growing up completely, I advice not to do the complete process before the age of twenty six. Do not do stupid and stay realistic about others need and the promises you made already to them. Harmony and balance is the basement of flying to the moon, heaven and paradise.
