Morning, Afternoon, Evening

1.1      Up at 7.00, in sportswear by bike to the lake, 7 kilometers. The sun is already an inch above the trees at the horizon. Nobody to see, but this place is legally free for doing so: taking of my clothes diving carefully in the wet green grass for a minute. Turning around on my back, feeling the freshness of the early morning dew. 

1.2     Walking to the border of the lake, knowing the water is warmer then the grass, happy to walk in. Silence. Only me and the big lake (1.5 by 0.4 km), surrounded by trees. The water dew is slowly steaming up. I'm swimming relaxed and easy to the middle of the lake, sniffing the aroma in my nose. This smells even better by swimming back. Then the flavor is coming in my direction. I smell the water and more near the border, I smell the grass. Deeply breathing in, knowing this will make my day easier.

1.3     Sitting in the water near the border, a coot is swimming in my direction. We look at each other at 1.5 meter. It is curious, keeping it head a little oblique. The black water birds with its white bless on the head swims on and I go out the water back for a minute turning in the grass. I think the water is 18^oC and it will be nice to take my web cam to the lake to make you some pictures tomorrow. The few is deeply enchanting.

1.4    Becoming more holy and eternal has its different roads. For the last 17 years I’m on a certain path and for now already forty years I know I’m like you, and also maybe a little different. I have a history, I know. This is not my first time holy. But I’m not jet. These days I will gain again a little or more holiness. Day by day it will grow. And you will learn and see what is needed for that. 

1.5    I hope to follow the complete path or meeting the helping hand or verbs of a Master, Angle or Old Friend to arrive at ETERNAL LIFE. Yes I know that the early spring is more advantage to process because of the then growing energy of sun and nature. But I can now already feel the benefits of the early morning wake-up.

1.6    During the coming days you will receive more and more information about my past, present and also plans for future. Also lessons over the different paths and related history. But most of all, you will be informed about my practical experiences during this REBIRTH.

1.7   The briefing will be three times a day: after the swimming, in the early afternoon and at the middle of the evening which is the most difficult time to stay away from eating. Eating is for becoming sacred, by the path I’m following, not don.  

1.8    I worked till 14.30 on the computer to compose the morning report, doing the e-mail and uploading the financial reports of vipcure under the Board link. Then I went upstairs for a high intestine cleaning, for which I made now already many years ago a special bottle. This is an equivalent of the calebas, mentioned in book ‘One’ of Szekely, see basics. Later I will tell more about the details.

1.9    Inner cleaned up in a 30 minutes I went again to the lake because of the beautiful weather. It is prescribed in book ‘One’ to stay completely naked outside during the days and nights of becoming sane and saint. So I will as much as possible stay so. On the same place as in the morning now some thirty people are sunning, nude and happy talking together about all standard things.

1.10    Spreading my blanket and laying down in the sun, reading ‘Stilte in de Chaos’ form Robert Hartzema (‘Silence in the Chaos’) feeling very well. Robert writes about Personal Balance, Mandala, Meditation, Time and The moving silence. He combines Earth with Emotion, Water with meditation, fire with action, air with clear awareness and space with inner freedom. All elements related to my purification: becoming free of lower emotions by the fire of air and water, creating space and inner freedom and a clear mind.

1.11   After some swimming and two hours sunning I go back home, opening the garden doors, preparing the dinner table for both Gemma and Ghislaine. Gem is my girl and Ghis her daughter. I will drink SPA water, blue, which I will drink during the purifications days. One to one and half liter per day. The sun is shining in the garden and we speak about Gemma her work and Ghislaine her girlfriend she visit after school. Of course we speak about the purification, but this already a known part of there life because of my earlier one or two day ‘purfs’. This one will be much longer …

1.12    Directly after dinner we wash up and the weekly shopping. In the evening Gemma and I make a stroll near the lake and I show her the place I visited already two times this day with you. Our home behaviors does not have space for late afternoon and evening publishing and I recognize that I have to talk this over with Gemma to provide you with the ‘three times a day’ report. Back at home G and G look to Char, which do not interest me because of the simple communications and wonderings that are too normal to me. It has for me no added value or entertainment elements.

1.13    At 22.00 I fee a little tired and unclean sober. Going early to bed, hanging to each other. Not to forget to take the web cam camera with me to the lake to show you the set. Now prayers, now meditation, in sleep in ten minutes, glad to found a way to make my purification action stronger with sharing it with you and making it a document for next generations and all of you.

1.14    Good night, over a couple of weeks the sleep will be gone for ever.
