In the first quarter VIPCURE build again many helpfull webpages. We name here: - Local Net and related; - The Curaçao project, with promo and workset adds; - Standard Contracts; - G30 Development and Partner Development; - The Sorcerer's Stone and "Plakboek van mijn Toekomst"; - The Netherlands Development page; - Free Register and Logon, Services Selection for Members. To get the best communication with you, we build a complete database for near all services and Customer Support, including Back Office pages. This will help us to build strong relationships. To manage this, and our growth, strategically, four new focus presentations were made - VIPCURE's Value Pump, Geometric Business Growth, Customer Marketing, and Main Balance Scorecard. One of the most interesting conclusions out of that analyses is the need for a "Country Management"-program. This will get a set-up like the Ho-Jin and Local Coach service, including all needed tools and contracts to delegate and support the Country Managers once settled. Later in this report, I like to tell a little more about. So looking back to the first half of 2004, we see in the first quarter the build out of the Local Organization system, a local market research and the production of promo papers. In the second quarter the "market introduction test" at Curaçao and the interactive database development - which delayed six week because of technical problem. Out of the lesson learned at Curaçao, we can clearly see that the Delegation of Country Management has to become before the market introduction: Local will more easily adopt the VIPCURE program than VIPCURE can adopt a country culture and local relationship network. However we were very pleased with the results of the Curaçao visit. After holiday period we will develop new initiatives at Curaçao including a 'course, treatment and related accommodation'-booking page for both Kura Hulanda and the future Lodge Accommodation. |

Board The board welcomed in this period two new members: Freed Schmitter and Rob Veltman. However a first annual meeting with the Council and Management Board was planed half June, it was rescheduled to second half of July. Older contacts and final fill-up will have place right after the holidays. In held separate meetings the focus was on Website review, ICT, Product development and Market management. Contacts with several external organizations were evaluated and delivered the power to Go for the Global Market at once, and not for country by country implementation. The introduction of our Web based Call, Chat, and E-mail Help Center was recognized as Key Success Factor. From here we will be able to re-direct people to best prevention and cure institutes and professionals as well as help them with self education and treatment. The feed back of relations at Curaçao and the Dutch Event Program had as outcome that we needed a overall eye and mind catcher for the Bronning Science, that makes it more simple to understand and handle it as a whole. Being aware of this need, the metaphor of The Sorcerer's Stone was found as actual and understandable form. Dan Brown's bestseller book "The Da Vinci Code", Jo Rolling’s Harry Potter Books - started with "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" - and the less known Peter Marchall paperback "Alchemy, The Philosopher's Stone", showing that the metaphor is highly recognized and gets the attention all over the world. Something we like also for the really searching people for The Stone of WHealth. Which we discovered as a good second name for it. |

Customer Development Was clearly not the key issue in this first half of 2004. Some relations could not understand our policy in this and were disturbed by our un-carelessness. On the other hand they understand that we can not build a global service on a half product and service support. Yes we like to go faster to market but we have to take all the steps needed before! So we are pleased to say we started half June the pre-service Free Logon. Till half September we will see this and the added Member pages in her test and further development period. As compensation for them who Logon and buy thereafter services, will get the year services till September 12th, 2005 for a one year fee. |

Personal and Science Development The Curaçao visit as well the after effect of the ELRE 1 program, became during the 2004 first half a source of personal growth for our founder, Emile van Essen. "The seven sisters" of Curaçao did a good part of work and in the second quarter personal communications with the Pleiadiens, angles and higher self’s became more intense. Also the works of Erich von Däniken - "Aussaat und Kosmos", Maurice Cotterell - "The Tutankhamon Prophecies", and Drunvalo Melchizedek - "The Ancient Secret of The Flower of Live" and "Living in the Heart", deepened the personal consciousness. The actual Silence Within concerning SBF and the reach of VIPCURE's tasks can be described as Clear Knowingness that it will become okay and will find her imagined place. So I will end here this half year report, going out for an early holiday week with my four childern Elise, Emile jr., Evert and Erik-Jan.
