De individual board members declare exclusively on personal rank, out of free will and in full freedom to contribute to their board function. Also they declare to prevent mixed interest, to report if they starts to occur, occur or exist.

No board member can be refused access to whatever archives, possession or interest of the foundation. Each board member, on his first request, has to be directly serviced by his research and completely informed about everything the request concerns.
